Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — I accept returns and exchanges for misprints, defects, damage, or if the wrong item arrives.
If something isn’t right, please message me within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo and I’ll take care of it right away. 💛

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size chosen, color preference, etc.) because each item is made to order especially for you.

My item arrived misprinted or damaged. What should I do?

Just send a quick message with a photo of the issue — I’m happy to help!
I’ll arrange a free replacement or refund so you’re never stuck with something you don’t love.

The size isn’t quite right. Can I exchange it?

Because everything is printed on demand, I can’t accept returns for sizing issues.
But I’m always here to help with size guidance before you order, and I’ll do my best to assist.

Why can’t I return an item for choosing the wrong size or color?

Each product is created individually just for you, so returns for buyer’s remorse aren’t possible.
If there's ever an issue with print quality or production, though — I’ll always make it right.

What if the print looks off-center?

Print placement problems are fully covered.
Send a photo and I’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

My package says “delivered,” but I can’t find it.

Sometimes packages are scanned early, delivered to neighbors, or placed in a safe spot.
Please check around your home and with household members.
If it still doesn’t show up, message me and I’ll help however I can.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders begin production quickly, so cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase.
